KUTZTOWN AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
BOROUGH OF KUTZTOWN
JOHN MONAGHAN REALTORS OF KUTZTOWN
Clearly, we need to “Clean the House” and bring ethical, transparent representation to our community. I hereby announce my candidacy for the 187th legislative seat. Our pressing issues have been neglected. Their own personal status became their priority.

NECESSARY REFORMS (CLICK HERE TO READ MORE)
I advocate common sense solutions to reform government for the better. I will support all votes for public disclosure and legislative accountability.

  • Lobbying disclosure
  • Campaign Finance Reform and Disclosure
  • Reform of House Committees
  • Term Limits
  • Appropriate Waiting Period Prior to Voting on Bills
  • Review Number of Legislative Districts
  • Spending Accountability

We have real issues of residential and industrial growth. We have educational budgets that need to be met. We have quality of life issues in our community. I am an experienced viable candidate with a will to be an excellent representative that puts you before me.

LEASER LAKE?
(Leaser Lake Heritage Foundation)
The Leaser lake recreational area was constructed to hold 160 acres of water for boating, fishing and recreational use. For the past 6 years it has covered 40 acres and nothing has been done about it by our legislator.
Currently, a committee is being formed by state and local leaders to obtain funding to repair the dam. I will be attending those meetings and informing our community on its direction.

THE PENNSYLVANIA RENEWABLE ENERGY
& SUSTAINABLE LIVING FESTIVAL

I believe very strongly that the U.S. should set a goal to be free from dependence on foreign energy sources. To help make this goal a reality, Dr.(s) Sam & Annemarie Yoder, Gini and I organized a community group of concerned citizens and produced the first annual Pennsylvania Renewable Energy & Sustainable Living Festival which took place in September 2005 in Berks County at the Kempton Community Center. This was the first event in Pennsylvania with the purpose of educating the public about alternative energy sources geared to homeowners, farmers, students, and the small businessperson.
